German Imaging Technologies (GIT) was founded 18 years ago with the purpose to impact people and contribute to an environmentally sustainable future.

It is on a solid growth path, and just closed its best quarter ever, on a 27% increase over last year.

To keep sustaining this growth in the Middle East and Africa, we are looking for a Head of Sales who will play a pivotal role in driving the sales teams and help GIT reaching new heights.

As a Head of Sales your key accountabilities will be:
• Achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives for the business units supported.
• Accountable for the on-time implementation of sales organization quotas and performance objectives.
• Accountable for the thorough implementation of sales organization-impacting initiatives.
• Responsible for the efficient allocation of technology, support, and training resources impacting the sales organization.
• Accountable for accurate and on-time reporting essential for sales organization effectiveness.
• Achievement of strategic objectives defined by company management.

Requirements

• University Degree is a must.
• Minimum 5 yrs experience in leading a multi-regional B2B sales in software or system integration industry.

Essential Skills:
• Evidence of success in developing and implementing large-scale, multi-regional sales strategies.
• Evidence of success in large-scale sales/commercial negotiations with organisations.
• Evidence of success in building and maintaining a broad network (multi-regional) of internal and external stakeholder relationships leading to commercial opportunity.
• Track record of successfully identifying new commercial/sales opportunities and capitalising on these.
• Evidence of success in leading and managing a large, internationally based sales team.
• Advanced communication and influencing skills and the ability to convince through personal credibility
• Goal/target-oriented
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently
• Highly organised and able to cope with multiple large-scale responsibilities.
• Evidence of successfully managing large-scale multi-regional financial plans.
