Job description / Role
Being responsible for driving growth in a highly dynamic environment, having a global flavor, providing Outdoor, Fitness marine and diving NAVCOM, AUTOMATION, LSA/FFA, LEISURE service solutions
• Study the competition strategy and develop innovations to meet the customer demands.
• Keeping good relations with key OEMs and suppliers.
• Arranging various training programs and workshop to improve the soft skills and technical/product knowledge of employees.
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Science/Engineering
• Master’s degree will be added advantage
• Experience in the Marine Industry and knowledge of products and regulations
• Strong communication skills, Managerial Skills, Data Analysing Skills, Presentation skills & Conflict management skills
• Leadership Quality
• Product/ Business awareness
• Influencing and Negotiation skills
