Our client, a real estate agency based in Dubai is looking for Head of Sales Department (Russian speaker) to join their international dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
- Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
- Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
- Planning a marketing strategy
- Administration of sales department
- Hiring and training of new employees if needed

Requirements

Requirements:

- Extensive sales experience for 1-3 years in finance, investment, real estate or any other related field
- Excellent written and verbal English and Russian communication
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, presentation and organizational skills

- Working hours - Mon-Fri 9.00-18.00 (office located in Business Bay)
