Job description / Role
A well known International Bank based in the UAE is currently looking for a SVP - Head of Strategic Technology Office. This is a permanent opportunity offering a TAX FREE PACKAGE. The role holder is responsible for strategic technology advisory, end-to-end service management, IT delivery. The role holder is expected to strengthen the Business-ICT relationship through proactive engagement with the business and ensuring fulfillment of ICT demand and effectiveness of service delivery. Leading teams of Change and Delivery Managers, Business Partners, Business Analysts, the incumbent is required to provide the best IT experience to the business users.
The individual needs to have 15 or more yrs of progressive experience in banking and IT with exposure to custom and vendor supported technology requiring significant interaction with business and business representatives
Ten yrs of experience in strategically engaging with aligned line of business in banking with a focus on value engineering
Seven yrs of leadership responsibilities
