Inspire Selection has been given the opportunity to source for a brand new position within our leading client’s regional office in Dubai.

This organisation which is listed on the NYSE has undergone significant change recently, integrating systems, staff, offices etc.

The role of Talent Development Manager has arisen due to this recent restructure. Candidates with a very strong L&D background should apply.

Due to it being a regional role, there will be regular travel to India, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:
- Lead learning initiatives for the region and allocate resources as necessary to deliver cost effective and high impact programs which add value to the business and employee
- Prioritise talent development offerings for the region
- Develop a plan to deliver talent development programs consistently across the region
- Embed the succession planning model and engage with the business on its application
- Collaborate with other members of the HR team to enhance performance within the business
- Work with the senior leadership of the business in identifying High Potential employees and determining appropriate career paths, strategies to accelerate their development and contribution to the business
- Apply a consistent model to graduate development
- Ensure corporate development programs are implemented and adjusted as necessary to take account of regional matters
- Review the current programs being offered and assess relative value
- Provide thought leadership to the business on a range of development initiatives and organizational effectiveness issues

Requirements

- At least 10 years’ experience in a Talent Development / L&D role
- Coaching of senior leadership teams
- Leadership of geographically dispersed teams in an international environment
- Understanding of the business and its key drivers
- Experience with adult education models
- Experience in the creation of blended learning models
- A proven track record of working in global firms with a complex matrix structure.
- Relevant undergraduate degree or internationally recognized qualification
- Psychology diploma, certificate or degree
