Robert Half is working on an exclusive basis with a leading conglomerate based in Dubai to recruit a Head of Talent Management.

The Role

You will lead and develop the Talent Management agenda for the business focusing on Talent Management competency frameworks:

* Succession planning
* Career paths and planning
* Appraisals
* Talent reviews
* High potential talent
* Talent mobility
* UAE graduate programme

This role requires you to implement a strong mentor and coaching strategy at both operational and strategic level. Employee experience, talent processes and organisational structuring will be key to your success.

Requirements

*The Candidate

* Bachelor's degree
* 8-15 years of experience in Human Resources with a strong focus on Talent Management including 3+ years of experience managing and leading teams
* Demonstrated experience in the successful implementation of Talent Management programmes
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and communication skills (both written and oral)
* Ability to operate in both matrix and traditional organizational structures
* Demonstrated track record of successfully leading broad talent management transformation initiatives
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
* Able to manage and operate efficiently and effectively at all levels in an organization
