Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading sweets group in the UAE who is looking to hire a Head Pastry Chef to be based in Dubai.
Your responsibilities will be to oversees there new location and central production kitchen.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have experience a minimum of 8 years experience in pastry as well as French pastry, knowledge of Arabic sweets and overall modern pastry. You should also have progressed in your career to the level of Head Pastry Chef with an established creative portfolio and proven leadership skills be working as a Head Pastry Chef currently. This role really needs someone that has great team spirit and leadership skills, bringing a positive energy to the diverse team. As the role covers and array of sweets preference will be given to individuals showcasing extensive creativity and diversity across all pastry sections.
