Job description / Role
Looking for a 5 star or Michelin trained Head Pastry Chef for a new opening in Dubai, UAE.
Candidates must have extensive experience in modern plating design and culinary techniques.
The concept is focused around the Michelin star chef Greg Malouf's modern Middle Eastern cuisine. Located in DIFC, this 300 seat premium venue is set to be one of Dubai's next big things.

Requirements
Classical trained in French pastry with a minimum of 3 years as head of pastry.
Knowledge of cutting edge new culinary techniques
Specialty in modern plated deserts
Able to manage a department & staff
