COMMERCIAL
Head - Property Strategy
Revenue. Reputation. Relationships with 1300 organisations. Our team's task is as challenging as it is complex. From flights to fuel, parking to property leasing, and in-flight meals to landside lattes, they make the best of every revenue stream through fresh service propositions.
Job Purpose
In this key Commercial role you are expected to deliver world class property strategy, you will oversee performance of property and commercial assets including budgeting, forecasting, leasing, service costs/ revenue and portfolio statistics. You will be responsible for the overall property strategy, continually investigating opportunities for improving and expanding the property portfolio which contributes to the commercial success of Dubai Airports.
Requirements
To be successful, you will have achieved a tertiary degree level in Commerce, Property Economics, Accounting or related discipline. A master's degree is preferable.
Experience
Alongside considerable experience in property analysis and contract management. You will need a high level of functional technical skills, highly numerate and competent in financial modelling / analysis with an ability to communicate to a wider audience.
An advantage to your application
- Management experience in car parking, landside transportation, airport forecourt services and lounges.
- Management experience within an Airport Commercial Business.
- Poses high level of innovative/creative problem solving
