Employment: Full Time

Gulf Connexions is working closely with one of the one of the largest and most well-renowned banks in the United Arab Emirates to support them with their current hiring plans. They have mandated us to source an enthusiastic and energetic Teller Specialist to join their banking institution in the designation of Head Teller which will be based in branches across Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to the banks customer base as well as supporting and supervising a number of Tellers. This role would suit a teller with 4 years of experience who is looking to further their career with one of the UAE’s top 100 companies.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities for a team of tellers and assist them with any queries/problems throughout the day.
• Coach, train and mentor tellers to provide quality service to exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the Branch Manager with certain administrative and supervisory duties as required.
• Accurately process all teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cheque chasing etc in a timely and professional manner.
• Handles cash requirements for the branch.
• Provide a wide range of customer service functions effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree educated.
• Minimum 4 years of teller related experience working with a large banking institution.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent organization, interpersonal and communications skills.
• Sound judgement in decision making and problem solving.
• Ability to manage time, resources and personnel.
• Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
