Position Title: Head Waiter
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus centralized tips and service charge

About the Client:
A leading F&B group based in Abu Dhabi, known for serving the best flavors of specialty coffee and desserts

Job Description:
• Supervise and train the waitstaff, ensuring they adhere to established service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction, addressing any issues that may arise.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food.
• Plan and organize the daily shift schedule for waitstaff.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Male, 28 to 40 years old
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the similar role
• Must be open to be assigned in Abu Dhabi/ Dubai/ Sharjah
• With effective communication skills in the English language
• UAE freshers are open to apply
