Head Waiter/Waitress

Job description / Role

• As Head Waiter/Waitress you will provide hands-on support and assistance to colleagues to ensure that the highest levels of service and courtesy are extended to all our guests.
• The Head Waiter will greet all guests as they are being seated, creating a professional and friendly rapport in order to ensure that positive first impression and exceptional standard of service.
• You will be familiar with the complete food and beverage menu, knowledgeable on all promotional activities, and provide specialist advice to guests and colleagues on menu items as and when required.
• In addition to the above a priority of this role will be to closely monitor the consistency of food and beverage items that are being served to ensure overall service quality, escalating any major problems or complaints to management.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate must have a passion for hospitality with a minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track record of working within a high-volume restaurant.
• The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, manage multiple tasks and have confidence in dealing with a diverse set of clienteles
• You should be available to start work on the 15th September 2021

Significantly important to the Danish Pavilion will be our world famous Danish food culinary concepts for everyone to enjoy, including all day fine & casual dining restaurant’s with additional unique food truck offerings and terrace VIP areas.

We are looking for exceptionally motivated individual’s based in the UAE with previous relevant experience in the Region, to join our amazing team. All positions will be for a minimum of 6 months with the possibility to renew for a further period depending on demonstratable abilities & attitude during the six months.
