Position Title: Head Waitstaff
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5.5K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and duty meals
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
An F&B group based in Dubai
Job Description:
- Train and supervise restaurant servers to give high standards of service in terms of time and quality
- Supervises the mise-en-place of the assigned station to ensure a smooth service during operation
- Inspect table layouts in the station ensuring that they meet the standards set
- Check and ensure the serviceability of equipment and furniture
- Sell food and beverage to meet restaurant budgets
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Open to European and Arabic nationals
- 35 years old and below
- At least 3 years’ experience in the same role
- Experience in serving alcoholic drinks is an advantage
- Home country experience is accepted
