We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Horeca Sales Representative to join our team and drive the growth of our coffee products within the Hospitality, Restaurant and Catering (Horeca) sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, a strong understanding of the Horeca industry, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the Horeca sector to achieve sales targets and promote our premium coffee offerings.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:
• Identify and target new Horeca clients within the designated territory to expand the customer base.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Horeca clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to understand client needs and provide solutions.

Product Knowledge:
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our coffee products, including origin, flavor profiles, and brewing methods.
• Conduct product presentations and tastings to educate clients on the unique features and benefits of our coffee.

Market Research:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team to assist in the development of targeted campaigns and promotions.

Sales Reporting:
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates.
• Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.

Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to create marketing collateral and promotional materials for Horeca clients.
• Collaborate with the customer support team to address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly.

Training and Support:
• Provide training and support to Horeca clients on proper coffee preparation techniques and equipment usage.
• Offer ongoing assistance to ensure clients maximize the potential of our coffee products.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: comission plus transport allowance

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Horeca sales, preferably within the industry.
• Strong understanding of the Horeca sector and its key players.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to travel within the designated territory.
