Job description / Role
Looking for professional, proactive and friendly individuals to join our dynamic team to deliver excellent customer service. There will be multiple environments to work in from reception and restaurant/lounge to the outdoor pool area.
You will be the first port of call for all guests and members, therefore the ideal candidate needs to be outgoing, friendly and knowledgeable about all of our services.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all guests and members
- Handle all telephone and email reservations and enquiries
- Show potential members around the facility and answer all questions
- Sign up new members
- Seat guests
- Events
- Learn about all our drinks, food and policies
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Assist fellow team members
