We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Hostess who is fluent in Russian to join our team in UAE-Abjsonu Dhabi. As a Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, with a focus on delivering a personalized experience for Russian-speaking clientele. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant and diverse team in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the establishment, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Effectively communicate with Russian-speaking guests to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized assistance throughout their visit.
- Manage table seating and reservations to optimize guest satisfaction and ensure efficient table turnover.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, and assist in resolving any guest inquiries or concerns.
- Contribute to the overall ambiance of the establishment by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including upholding high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Requirements

- Fluency in Russian language is essential, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both Russian and English and willing to relocate in Abu Dhabi.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact confidently with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive and outgoing personality, with a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for guests.
- Knowledge of reservation management systems and basic administrative tasks is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as per the operational requirements.
