Employment: Full Time

Key tasks
- Hotel Director assists the General Manager Delegate in implementing the brands and hotels strategy, in order to meet targets for quality of service and profitability.
- The Hotel Director reports to the General Manager Delegate and oversees the daily operations of entire hotel and provides direction, guidance and support to all the Departments.
- Oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures Hotel Operations meet the brand's standards, targets customer needs, ensures employee satisfaction.
- As a member of Cluster Executive Committee, develops and implements hotel's strategies that deliver products and services, in order to exceed the property's/brand's target.

Requirements

- Level of Education Master / MBA Areas of study Hospitality Management Professional experiences 3 to 5 years Languages essential English
- Essential and optional requirements
- Holder of a degree in Hospitality Management or related field from an accredited University/College, with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
- Computer literate with effective communication skills and an excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Additional knowledge of Arabic and European language(s) would be advantageous.
- Extensive knowledge of F&B and Rooms operation, strong Financial acumen, including operational control systems, budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of operational functions, including pre-opening/renovation experience. Middle East experience will be a plus.
- Inspiring personality that combines strong sense of team cohesion with discipline and fun.
- Details oriented, with strong analytical skills, pragmatic.
