House Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Female House Manager to oversee the smooth operation and maintenance of the household. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently with a valis UAE driving license.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the household, including scheduling and supervising staff members such as housekeepers, cooks, and gardeners.
• Coordinate and oversee household maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Plan and execute household budgets, ensuring expenses are within budgetary constraints.
• Procure household supplies, groceries, and other necessities as required.
• Oversee meal planning and preparation, ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are accommodated.
• Coordinate household events and gatherings, including guest accommodations and entertainment.
• Maintain inventories of household assets, valuables, and collectibles.
• Handle correspondence, bill payments, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure the security and safety of the household and its occupants.
• Provide personal assistance to the household members as required, such as scheduling appointments and arranging travel.

Salary:
AED 9,000 to 11,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Prior UAE /GCC experience in a similar role managing a high-end household or estate
• UAE driving license is mandatory
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, guests, and vendors.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality regarding household matters.
