Position Title: Housekeeping Team Leader
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 2.9K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meals
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
The hiring company is an international food and beverage company handling various well known restaurant brands

Job Role:
• Ensures that all areas in the restaurant are inspected and cleaned properly according to standards
• Coordinates housekeeping related concerns with the management at all times
• Monitor and report necessary repairs, replacement or maintenance in any equipment and facility in the restaurant
• Ensures that the restaurant is well-stocked with all necessary cleaning and maintenance materials and equipment
• Inspect all sink drains and removing garbage, efficiently
• Report shortage of equipment and supplies to the management and ensuring their requisition
• Interpret and follow the standard operating procedures and restaurant policies
• Report to the management about any incident or accident

Requirements

Requirements:
• Open to any nationals
• 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role in a casual or semi fine dining Turkish restaurant
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be available to join on July 15, 2021
