Job description / Role
• Managing HR Operational activities like the generation of offer letters, initiating visa cancellation/ visa issuance process, Salary/ NOC certificates and security clearance process and other relevant documentation
• Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) and Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leaves)
• Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus, and leaves
• Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
• Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
• Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars
• Collaborate with the HR Manager to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
• Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
Requirements
• This role requires 2 years HR experience and experience in a multinational organisation.
Please note:
• This role is initially a 3 month with the possibility of a permanent role.
• CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THEIR OWN UAE SPONSORSHIP AND BE AVAILABLE FOR AN IMMEDIATE START.
