The mission of HR Advisor role is to support business
- By providing excellent customer experience by resolving their queries with the highest level of accuracy and promptness.
- Manage the areas of benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, absence management and employment law compliance.

Outcomes

Specific, measurable, and objective outcomes to be an “A Player” in this role
- Conduct Induction of New Hires within 1st week of joining the company
- Be well-informed about UAE Labour law
- Critical changes in UAE law that impact business continuity should be updated to relevant stakeholder within 2 working days
- Secure (100%), timely and accurate (99%) employee database reporting
- Manpower Tracking
- Employee Grievances
- Monthly Payroll
- All employee requests handled within 36 hours fairly and confidentially
- Exceptional Cases - Agree durations to respond in advance with manager and hit the target at least 90% of the time.
- Conduct one site (camp) observation visit per quarter and implement the actions to enhance employee engagement
- Maintain updated documentation of Manpower
- Contracts
- Change in employee Status
- Visa Status

Requirements

- Education Bachelor’s degree in HR (or related area), with at least 3 three years’ experience of working in a generalist HR environment
- Technically Competent
- Possesses and maintains the functional and technical knowledge and skills to successfully perform the job.

- Uses data and logic to quickly find solutions to difficult challenges.
