Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Provide an end-to-end service to the GCC employees regarding the UAE & GCC Government Pension Scheme, UAE National Service formalities, and its administration.

Job Outline:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge regarding UAE & GCC Government Pension Scheme, UAE National Service, and company policies to provide clear and accurate information and service to eligible UAE & GCC national employees.
- Deliver a high level of customer service by giving full attention and time to employees and ensuring to execute their formalities smoothly and accurately.
- Conduct briefing sessions for employees on the pension and the company's rules and regulations.
- Ensure that UAE & GCC pension enrolments for eligible joiners and active employees are filled correctly with the relevant documents. Submit to HR Manager (GCC Pension) for eligibility before the payroll closing date and to the General Pension & Social Security Authority (GPSSA) for registration within the defined SLAs to avoid penalties by GPSSA.
- Ensure that buy-back services for eligible UAE nationals are handled accurately.
- Certifying all payments are done through payroll on time.
- Manage the pension leaving process of both UAE & GCC Nationals, ensuring the pension online EOS formalities are accurately handled with all the relevant documents.
- Ensure the employee has no liabilities to the company at the time of EOS file submission to GPSSA, recoveries are registered with GPSSA and calculate the EOSB / pensionable salary to be received by the employee from GPSSA.
- Close the employee file from the company's and GPSSA?s system within the defined SLAs.
- Certify that all nationality and NS information for all UAE and GCC nationals, as well as UAE passport holders and social security number, once GPSSA approves registration, are reflected in the HRMS system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage the National Service attendance and leave updates ensuring clearance certificates are received.
- Issue pre-joining letters and pledge forms and communicate clearly with the employee and the line manager to ensure formalities are handled smoothly.
- Handle internal and external communications proactively and clearly.
- Respond to inquiries and complaints from pension plan members.
- Identify problem areas and ensure effective solutions are offered and executed.
- Establish and manage processes for constant improvements.
- Maintain & update the master sheets, system updates and personal files at all times for auditing purposes by the government.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Human Resources. Other:
- 12 years schooling or equivalent in
- HR Management
- Business Admin or related field with 5+ years experience in HR and/or Pension Schemes
- HR Administrative procedures onboarding and offboarding OR Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in HR Management
- Business Admin or related field with 2+ years experience in HR and/or Pension Schemes
- HR Administrative procedures, onboarding and offboarding

Knowledge/skills:
- Strong numerical skills and calculation
- Good negotiating and persuasive abilities
