Job description / Role
• All HR related activities, daily and monthly attendance and leave tracking, documentation process of immigration, labor and other statutory proceedings. Preparation of the memos and official correspondence and their documentations.
• Updating quality standards of the HR dept. as per the parameters of ISO certification.
• Able to receive other job responsibilities of other HR staff, when they are on vacation or if required by HR manager and Management.
• Any other responsibility as given by the Dept. Head/Management from time to time.
• Excellent Excel Skills are a must for this position & only the candidates from Philippines need to apply.
Requirements
• Minimum of 1+ years experience in a HR role.
• A degree in Human Resources or similar.
• Effective communication skill, both written and oral, in English is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with the team & other colleagues in the office.
• Excellent Microsoft office skills (Specially Microsoft excel) is a must.
