Role: HR Assistant

Responsibilities:
• Time Sheet entry into system through company ERP .
• Managing logs of ticket bookings.
• Editing word documents and presentations in PowerPoint as required.
• Scanning of files to create online versions ( soft copies).
• General admin support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate will have :
• Previous experience of data entry
• Good communication skills

• Job Location: NIP ( National Industries Park), Dubai
• Contract Duration: 3 months ( with possible extension )
• Timings : 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Mon to Fri)
• Client Industry: Industrial Machinery Manufacturing
