HR Assistant Manager (Generalist) - Immediate Start

Job description / Role

We have an exciting HR role for one of our clients where you will assist the manager with day-to-day responsibilities, overseeing staffing concerns and providing guidance and leadership to the department.

The department has 100+ employees and the incumbent will be responsible for managing areas such as recruitment, onboarding, staff development, HR queries, Employee relations, supervision of more junior colleagues. Prior UAE labour law and experience is essential. The role may include home working or at the office in Sharjah.

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

To be selected for the role you will come from a highly professional and corporate environment such as financial services, banking, management consultancy or similar; you need be able to communicate with both junior members of the team along with Partners both verbally and written in English.
