Job description:
- Please note that this is not a recruitment role but a generalist role.
- You will be responsible for providing human capital management advisory services to businesses. Helps companies develop and communicate policies, train employees, and implement a recruitment process.
- Provide HR consultancy services, advisory services, coaching, and interim services for HR Projects.
Requirements
- You must have at least 4 years of recent experience in UAE.
- Must have experience in selling HR consultancy services to various clients in the middle east.
- This is business development role that involves generating new clients and account management, so ideally we are looking for someone who already has portfolio of clients that allows them to start the ball rolling right from the day one.
- Must possess excellent communication skills in English language. Arabic would be an advantage
