HR Business Partner

Job description / Role

HR Business Partner - Up to AED 45,000

The focus of this role is to deliver HR people strategy to their respective business units. Reporting to the HR Director and working with unit Directors you will ensure the business meets its strategic and operational goals.

Responsibilities include:
- Working with business unit managers to understand the business requirements and support the divisional/group people strategy
- Deliver the Group/Divisional people strategy to their Business Units
- Mange the strategic planning, implementation and monitoring of the organizational design and workforce plans in collaboration with business unit managers
- Accountable for the delivery of HR Services in the business unit
- Evaluate the effectiveness of HR interventions and ensure continual improvement in engagement as a result of HR initiatives
- Develops people solutions to maximise value for projects and secure growth for the business
- Focus on the delivery of leadership, talent and succession planning
- Proactively advise management teams on maximising people performance, supported by measurement and evaluation
- Analyse people issues affecting business performance

Requirements

- Candidates should be chartered professionals with a minimum of 10 years HR experience coupled with 5 years in a senior management role.
- You must have proven evidence of delivering change in complex and demanding environments, demonstrate commercial acumen and prioritise on a financial basis and understand where HR can add value to a business.
- You need to be influential and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders
- Candidates with experience in a fast paced multinational company will be given preference.
- Only candidates currently present in the UAE will be considered.
