Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a multinational organisation who is looking to hire a new HR Business Partner to join their team in Dubai.
This role will be in charge of the company talent acquisition and employee life cycle, as well as concentrating on HR service delivery across the board and general UAE labour law advice to management. You will also look at the company compensation and benefits in line with Middle East expectations.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Degree educated with at least 5 years experience in HR within the Middle East. It is important you have a senior generalist background with sound commercial and business acumen within FMCG. A background within an MNC is also important and only candidates with Middle East experience will be considered. This position is open to any nationality and language skills although Arabic speakers will be preferred.
Please note, if you are situated outside of the UAE but within the Middle East, our client will provide relocation support.
