HR Business Partner

Job description / Role

My client is looking for a qualified HR generalist to join it's growing HR team in Sharjah. Here you will work with teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities across the organization.

Requirements

- Degree in Human Resources
- Proven experience in a HR Business Partner role.
- Demonstrated experience in the various HR functional areas, especially organization development, change management, and employee relations.
- A deep knowledge of HR programs and practices, including all UAE employment laws and regulations.
- Available to work in Sharjah
