Job description / Role
An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing retail business in Dubai, UAE has arisen as they are currently looking to hire a talented and experienced individual to fill in a challenging HR Coordinator role.
Your role as the HR Coordinator will involve the following:
* Screen, schedule and interview candidates for various positions
* Maintain candidate and employee files and database
* Respond to staff requests for business letters and documents
* Assist the HR team in rolling out activities to ensure that all objectives and targets are met
* Address staff issues with appropriate actions efficiently and effectively
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:
* At least 2 years of experience in UAE labour policies and other HR functions
* Excellent knowledge of the local culture and sensitivities
* Background and knowledge in fashion
* Proficient in MS Office applications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational skills
