Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Coordinator based in Dubai, UAE. Reporting to the Admin and Compliance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible to provide administrative support to operations and employees by implementing set systems, procedures and policies to meet the requirements and requests received. He /she will be the main POC for dealing with employees' requests including (but not limited to) passport withdrawals, certificates and letters, database maintenance, responding and resolving queries and complaints

Responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:
• Process all types of certificates requested and received through HRMS
• Process passport withdrawal request from staff going on leave and ensure passports are handed back upon return from leave.
• Ensure passports are vetted for expiry and valid visas while collecting from the staff
• Manage grievance system from logging all queries and complaints, process query and take actions on complaints, provides updates and action to the staff.
• Run daily, weekly and monthly reports to follow-up on the pending grievances and ensure actions are taken timely and accordingly.
• Ensure all staff information are updated promptly in the HRM system.
• Conduct monthly data cleansing to the HRM system to ensure all information are updated correctly.
• Ensure all staff files are maintained, checked and updated regularly and all relevant employee documents are valid.
• Perform other relevant responsibilities as and when required by the Admin and Compliance Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline from a reputable university
• Minimum of 3 years HR experience, 2 years within the UAE
• Knowledgeable of UAE labour laws
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Presentation)
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and operate in a fast paced environment
