Our client, an international law firm is wishing to recruit an experienced HR coordinator to do a six month contract covering a maternity leave. Ideally starting beginning March to enable a handover.

- New Joiners Process
- DLAD Registration and Renewal
- Housing Loans
- GCC Pension Scheme
- NOC / Salary Letters
- Passport & Visa renewals
- Gulf HR updates
- Mid and End Probationary Review Notifications
- HR Check-In Notifications
- Starter / Leavers report
- Medical Insurance: Additions
- Employment Reference Checks

HR Admin & Support:
Working hours can be flexible either 8 – 5 or 9 – 6 pm or maybe till 4 pm. The period of this role is 6 month starting on or around March 26, 2017 ending on or around November 1, 2017.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has experience in-house in the UAE in HR in professional services or for a multinational. You will ideally have an HR qualification and must be fluent bilingual in Arabic/English. Must have proven experience in UAE HR and familiar with the UAE labour law and procedures when it comes to visas, pension, DLAD etc.

Salary is between 13 to 15 K. You must also be sponsored by your husband or be on a family visa.
