Global Access Recruitment is now looking to find the markets top performers in Human Resources Management.
On behalf of our client who is a leading group of companies within the Hospitality sector in the UAE, we are seeking an HR Director to join their well reputed organisation. The ideal candidate has experience of working within the luxury hotel & hospitality sector in an HR role.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality, luxury or a multinational company
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written & verbal (Arabic is an advantage)
- Full knowledge and familiarity with UAE employment laws
- Have extensive hands on HR experience along with strong strategic capabilities
- A degree in HR and/or Business focused subject CIPD or similar HR qualification
- Previous team management experience within a large UAE based organisation managing multicultural teams
