Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a master developer who is looking to hire a HR Director to join their expanding organisation. As HR Director you will report to the Executive Director of Operations. You will direct the development and implementation of HR management framework.
Your main responsibilities will include reviewing budgets, supervising the development of organisational change and directing recruitment activities. You will manage the implementation of individual performance systems ensuring effective coordination with government departments. You will prepare performance evaluation and appraisal reports whilst directing, guiding and motivating employees. In addition, you will interact with external consultants, outsourcing agents and government agencies.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 8 years experience. Our client has stated a preference for a UAE National, You should have leadership skills and experience within a Director position overseeing Business Support, Administration, Training and Recruitment Departments. It is essential you have experience of managing a team with at least 4 direct reports.
