Job description / Role
My Client, a leading holding Group is looking for a UAE national HR Director to lead their HR function. Key accountabilities for the role will be interpreting the business strategy into clear deliverables from a people strategy perspective. This will involve identifying what is required to have a real impact on the bottom line for the business and support accordingly with HR initiatives.
You will manage a HR function and will ensure they are engaged to deliver the appropriate support in all areas including talent acquisition, employee relations, succession planning, learning & development and management reporting.
Requirements
As an ideal fit for this position you will have the following experience:
* Previously led a commercial HR team where you have had a key role in influencing HR strategy that impacts on the organisation as Head of HR preferably within the construction sector or something similar
* Broad experience in all aspects of an HR and supporting the organisation appropriately on the people agenda
* Experience of managing and driving both strategic and operation HR initiatives within an organisation
* High level influencing and communication skills
* Ideally experience working within a multinational company
