Description
* We are retained by our client to secure a seasoned HR Director with a strong background within credible, multinational financial services / banking organisations. The successful candidate will already have a track record in improvement or positive transformation of HR functions.
* Middle East experience is essential and the candidate will be preferably already based within the UAE.
* As the company continues to grow and evolve, it requires continual HR review and a shift to a potentially more sophisticated HR strategy with robust systems and processes. This is an all-round group HR role incorporating all facets of HR.
* This role requires the technical best practice HR know-how from reputable and relevant companies as well as a pro-active approach and drive to improving the HR department.
* Reporting to the CEO, this role will overhaul and improve HR strategy, systems and processes for the whole organisation, position it for continued growth.

Requirements
* Minimum 12-18 years of experience in generalist and/or some specialist Human Resources roles
* The majority of the HR experience must be within Financial Services / Banking / Capital Markets organisations - This is also essential.
* Must have 5+ years of the above experience within the Middle East and should already be based on the ground in the UAE or GCC
* Ability to influence change at board and senior management level
* Arabic speaking is an advantage
