Job description / Role
• Responsible for Talent Acquisition Process
• Update Recruitment Module in SAP
• Schedule & conduct job interviews
• Prepare and distribute documents employment offers, contracts, f&fs etc
• Prepare or update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
• Responsible for leave record in SAP and Employee Self Service
• Maintain Personnel files
• Assist training activities, conduct orientation training for a new employees
• Assist Employee Recognition system
• Assist in all aspect of Human Resources administrative work
• Explain company policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
• Support PRO with all immigration administration matters as required
• Provide administrative support in selection and recruitment processes
• Assists with the implementation of the performance management system
• Prepare HR reports as required
• Prepare or update job descriptions, organization chart as required
• Support HR Projects
• Handle confidential information
• Assist with payroll calculation
• Assist with Admin task relating company properties, vehicles etc.
• The employee is obliged to perform other tasks/duties commissioned by the superior, regarding work
Salary:
AED
4,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• College degree, Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree
• 0+ administrative/HR years’ experience
• English language skills in verbal and written communication
• Familiarity with HR Software, Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• General knowledge of labour laws and practices.
