Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Administer HRMS with maintaining and updating employee data thru Soft & Hardcopies
• Manage and complete visa, work permit, Medicals, labor cards, JAFZA contracts, Emirates IDs, and visa stamping process of the employees. (Managing the overall Dubai Trade Portal)
• Perform all day-to-day activities, handles PR approvals, submit PRs to the accounts Department, File PR documents, and coordinate with the accounts department to release payments.
• Manage all company vehicles / RTA renewals/insurance of vehicles & Vehicle License on time.
• Stay abreast with current and new UAE labor and immigration laws.
• Handling the company Drivers and arranging them when required
• Administer employee health insurance provisions & Addition/Deletion of insurance, Responsible for Coordination & Organizing Recognition & Reward (R&R) activities. (Handling the Sukoon Insurance Portal )
• Assist in Insurance renewals of company Dubai chambers and Dubai Trade License & Certificates Including Lease Agreements for Staff Accommodation
• Handling fire spectrum Renewals and Contracts of Dubai civil defense & AMC & 24x7 DCD smart monitoring system - DCD
• Managing all Etisalat Sim of Employees/ Managers their Handovers and ordering new sim cards for new joiners when required
• Assisting in Insurance renewals of the company (PAR / PL / WC)
• Maintain the Database of Employees regarding - Birthdays, Anniversaries, Work Anniversaries, and Promotion's & Coordinate with the Communication team for announcements.
• Handling EHS Trakhees OFC Certificate Renewal / Employees Accreditation (FZIO) Training / Food Watch renewals and training / Employees First Aid & Firefighting training and certificates
• administered a welcome mail policy to all new joiners, Initiated regular Birthday & Service Anniversary mailers.
• All additional jobs are given by the Dept-head.

AED 3,500 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Accommodation (JAFZA) and Transportation Provided by Company.


• Bachelor’s degree in human resource
• With HR related experience (Minimum two years in JAFZA)
• Immediate Requirement
