Position Title: HR Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A prominent holding company with a diversified portfolio of businesses.

Job Description:
- Handle the recruitment and selection process for the group alongside departmental assistance and assist in the recruitment within its subsidiaries.
- Preparing payroll after reviewing attendance, creating, and coordinating with insurance companies, and managing employees’ annual leaves, sick leaves, and attendance.
- Bridging the HR department and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues in a professional & respectful manner.
- Managing current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital (experience & long-term employees).
- Other roles and responsibilities to be assigned by the Group Human Resources Manager and/or CEO.

Qualifications:
- Male, 35 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- At least 2 years of UAE experience in different facets of HR (recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits, etc.)
- Should have knowledge of employment policies and UAE Labour legislations
