Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions and ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance to employees on HR-related issues.
- Support the performance management process by assisting in performance appraisals and goal setting activities.
- Coordinate training and development activities for employees, including identifying training needs and organizing training programs.
- Maintain HR records and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information in the HRIS system.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Provide support in various HR administrative tasks, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee documentation.
- Assist in conducting HR-related research and analysis to support decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role, preferably in the UAE or Middle East region.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with professionalism and integrity.
- Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
