Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, an international financial institution based in the DIFC, Swisslinx Middle East are looking for an HR Executive to join their dynamic team.
Your mission:
• Overlooking all areas of HR function for the MENA region
• Working on HR policies and procedures, employee relations
• Taking care of employee benefits, contracts and databases
• Looking after recruitment, on boarding and departure processes
Requirements
• 5+ years of human resources experience
• University degree in business/finance/banking background
• Diplomatic working approach, professional working attitude
• Fluency in Arabic & English, French is an advantage
