Job description / Role
Our client is a reputed food & manufacturing company in the UAE that deals in its brands and private labelling across the region. They are looking to hire a HR Executive (Emirati National) to be based in their office in Dubai.
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm (1-hour break)
In this role, you will be responsible to do the following responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Handle complaints accordingly and grievance procedures
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc)
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Maintain and develop the personal filing system
Requirements
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must fulfill the following criteria:
- Must be a UAE National
- Minimum 1 year's experience in working as an HR for any business operations. Freshers with relevant educational backgrounds are also welcome to apply.
- Should have a sound understanding of HR operations & compliance with labour laws.
- Any relevant degree/Diploma holder. Holding an HR certification would be a plus.
