Job description / Role
Assume full responsibility for all services and activities of the HR Department including Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations including the HRMS system & the Performance Management System for the organization.
KRAs are as follows:
* Oversee the entire Recruitment function and personally be involved in hiring of Sales staff.
* Employee Personnel filing complies with set audit guidelines.
* HR-Payroll report processing.
* Manage employee exit process & final settlements.
* Handle Employee Medical & Life Insurance.
* Perform ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
* A thorough experience handling HR services in a generalist role.
* Prior experience as an HRMS user will be preferred.
* Local HR experience is a must.
* Knowledge in UAE Labour Law is essential.
* Able to analyze complex situations and problems and develop recommendations for resolution.
