HR Generalist

Position Title: HR Generalist
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A Dubai based group, recognized as one of the leading providers of integrated government services to public & private sectors within UAE

Job Description:
- Act as liaison between employee and Benefits if necessary to provide consultation and problem resolution
- Provides senior level support in functional areas of Human Resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relation
- Reports directly to chairman regarding evaluation of compensation, performance evaluation management, benefits administration, organization development, training and special projects
- Works with Finance team on deliverables to employees such as payroll, attendance, reimbursements, etc.
- Negotiate with suppliers such as agencies on recruitment, officiate interviews and onboarding new employees as needed
- Partners with Procurement and Admin team to submit deliverables on a timely manner

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic nationals
- Male, 30 to 40 years old
- At least 2 years of experience on the same role
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
