Employment: Full Time

My client, a local conglomerate, is looking for a HR Manager to run the HR department.

This exciting role suits anybody looking to progress in their career quickly to HR Director level.

The role reports in to the CEO of the business and requires the candidate to have man-management experience.

Requirements:

- Experience creating and implementing policies and procedures
-MUST have experience in the equipment/construction rentals industry
- Experience running employee relations for blue collar workers
- Expert in UAE Labour law
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience managing a team of junior HR professionals
