Employment: Full Time

HR Manager - Middle East

As the HR Manager, your responsibilities will cover a broad spectrum of HR duties including all generalist activities, learning and development, monitoring and reporting on HR issues, employee engagement and the annual compensation cycle. You will also work closely with consultants on the creation of their personal development plans and supporting on global and regional projects. You will be dealing directly with staff to give advice and support within this highly successful organisation.

Working closely and partnering with the regional business leaders, you shall play a fundamental part in translating the business and growth strategy into a talent and development strategy.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong HR generalist background gained within a large consultancy or professional services environment. You must be based in the Middle East and have a comprehensive understanding of UAE Labour Law. You will also be degree-educated; have strong communication skills and have excellent stakeholder management skills.
