Charterhouse is working with a leading international, integrated Facilities Management Service Provider in Abu Dhabi. With a dynamic global presence, our client is significantly backed within the Middle East by some of the region's most highly renowned and successful FM professionals. They are now looking to hire an HR Manager to be based in their office in Abu Dhabi.
The company, over the past 18 months has undergone a major transformation and has recently hired a market leading MD to oversee the company growth and operations. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a business that not only has an international brand but also has an established reputation to build from.
Requirements
As HR Manager, you will oversee all HR Operations as well as set HR strategy alongside the current MD. You will also be responsible for an HR team spread across the UAE and focus on re-vamping all policies and procedures.
The successful candidate should have proven experience within the services industry. You should have at least 5 years generalist HR experience along with a stable career history.
