HR Manager

Job description / Role

Our client a leading organisation in Abu Dhabi require a HR Manager to lead and manage all areas of Human Resources. this will be across recruitment, employee relation, training, talent management and performance management.

You will assist in the development and design of the companies organisational charts, identifying and analyzing human resources issues and future requirements.

Within this role you will have ownership of the implementation of human resources policies and procedures, encompassing all aspects of human resources.

Requirements

- You will have 7 yrs plus managerial experience within Human Resources.
- Full understanding of Local UAE labor law.
- Experience within the region ideally from within UAE/ME
- Experience managing a HR team and payroll actives
- Proven experience in the analysis and monitoring the compensation and be strategy within an organisation.
