Do you have experience working as an HR Manager?
Our client is a prominent organisation providing cooperate services worldwide.
The Dubai office is one of their 44 jurisdictions and are constantly expanding.
They are looking to hire an HR Manager in a permanent position to operate around the 45 full time employees.
The roles involves:
• Develop and implement job descriptions
• Implement existing job performance review docs
• Manage HR admin
• Prepare HR reports for management
Other info:
• It’s a job in that grey area between HR operations and HR Manager.
• The individual in due time will also manage HR in Mauritius for them.
The basic salary banding for the role is between 10 - 15 000 AED/ Month, Not full time.

Requirements
Required:
• Previous experience working in HR on management level
Preferable:
• Exposed to working in the DIFC
• Experience in a company merge
• Created HR Manuals, policies and procedures
Open to a part time position
