HR Manager - Construction Background Required
On behalf of our client, a well known local Contracting Company for the construction of buildings throughout the UAE we are recruiting an experienced HR Manager that has at least 10 years of experience working in mid to large sized construction companies in the UAE.
Reporting to the senior Management, you will be responsible for typical duties such as recruitment across all locations and projects, Policies and Procedures, Leaves, Attendance, Appraisals, Organisational Structures, Labor camps, payroll processing etc.
The role will be based in their Dubai head office.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be based in UAE and working for a medium to large Construction Company as a HRM.
Degree educated.
Aged around 35 - 45 years.
Experience managing junior HR personnel.
